Our event agency from Slovakia had the honour of securing a business conference in beautiful Monaco. With the expertise and passion to organise events, we have created an unforgettable experience for the participants. The conference at this luxurious Le Meridien Beach Plaza on the French coast brought a number of important leaders in the networking sector and a special guest, Nela Slováková. Our role included planning, coordination, technical support and staffing. The hostesses, the branding of the company, and the various performance enhancements to the atmosphere were all there to ensure the smooth running of the event in the beautiful surroundings of Monaco.

Over the years, we have built up a reputation for thorough contingency management, and the organised business conference at Steel Arena in Košice is living proof of that. From the beginning to the end, our event agency has taken care of everything: From detailed programme planning and technical security to the creation of an impressive branding of the company, which has left a lasting impression on the participants. This event was not only due to its professionalism, but also to the exclusive VIP party we have prepared for our guests. However, this was not just an ordinary business event – we had the honour of welcoming a special guest, Attila Végha, who shared with us his successes and failures at the start of the business. Of course, our hostesses weren’t missed here either.

We did the impossible, we only had four hours to prepare a conference for over 1,200 people! It was difficult, but our team was prepared for anything. We are proud that we have been able to secure a rich program that has brought amazing experiences. The drummers created a rhythmic atmosphere, the dancers enchanted with their elegance, the acrobats impressed us with their performances, and our special guest was Rytmus, which was the cherry on the cake. The hostesses and promoters ensured the smooth running of the event and addressed each participant with a smile. Our event agency has shown that we are ready for any challenge in the planning and organisation of events.

My team and I have technically and professionally secured the MASTERMIND 2022 conference in Monaco. The event took place at the beach hotel Le Meridien Beach Plaza, in the congress hall of sapphires overlooking the sea. The participants registered and coordinated hostesses with the Networking EMPIRE logo. There was no shortage of effect lights, branding, and live stream. After the event, we also secured an after-party in the presidential suite.

As an event company, we successfully participated in the event Lean Summit Czechoslovakia 2021. Our company took responsibility for the complex organisation of this event, including the installation of visual elements, lighting and technical equipment, which contributed significantly to its success. We have delivered high-quality sound and projection, enabled online stream, provided translators with translation techniques, hostesses and effective registration of participants, a camera to capture important moments, and actively coordinated the whole course of the event. Thanks to our professionalism, we have achieved an excellent result, which has left a positive impression on all participants.

We were happy to contribute to the technical security of the Lean Summit 2019 in cooperation with Thomas Gall. Our task was to ensure the smooth technical running of the whole event, from the registration of participants, to the hairdresser, to the wiretaps with the translator for foreign participants. This demanding event took place at the prestigious Caviar Slavia on the main street, at the state theatre in Košice, and we are proud to have been able to contribute to its success.
